EPL-NS-ND – No Sharing + No Derivatives

§1 Subject Matter

This license applies to image material provided in connection with a specific event ("Event Image").

§2 Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• reproduce and publish the Event Image for their own Event Promotion purposes
• use online and offline, digitally and in print media

§3 No Sharing

The Licensee may NOT distribute, transfer, or make available the Event Image to any third party. This includes:

• Sharing the image file with partners, affiliates, or other organizations
• Uploading the image to shared platforms where others may download it
• Including the image in materials distributed to third parties who may extract or reuse it
• Sublicensing, selling, or otherwise transferring rights to the image

Third parties wishing to use the Event Image must obtain their own license directly from the Licensor.

§4 No Derivatives

The Event Image must remain unchanged. The following modifications are not permitted:

• Cropping or cutting portions of the image
• Color adjustments, filters, or visual effects
• Integration into collages or composite works
• Adding overlays, text, or graphics

Technical format conversion (e.g., JPEG to PNG) and proportional resizing are permitted.

§5 Purpose Restriction

The Event Image may only be used for promoting the associated event. Use for other purposes – including for other events by the same organizer – is not permitted.

§6 Restrictions

The following uses are not permitted:

• Sale, rental, or sublicensing of the image itself
• Use in contexts that disparage the event, the organizer, or depicted persons
• Use that creates the impression that depicted persons endorse a product or opinion

§7 Attribution

Credit to the creator or rights holder is appreciated but not required.

§8 Duration

Unless otherwise specified by the Licensor, this license is granted for an unlimited period. After the event has ended, the image may continue to be used for documentary purposes (retrospectives, archives) in connection with the event.

§9 Warranty and Liability

The Licensor warrants that they hold the necessary rights to grant this license, including copyright and personality rights. The Licensor is liable for defects in title within the scope of statutory provisions.

§10 Acceptance

By using the Event Image, the Licensee accepts these license terms.
